The city of Quartu Sant'Elena gathers around Sant'Elena, its patron saint.

In fact, the celebrations in his honor, both civil and religious, are imminent, thanks to demonstrations, events, concerts and parades (to mention that of the traccas and traditional costumes on Sunday 17 September for the Grape Festival), as well as the great Tuesday 13 procession, which will lead the statue of the Saint through the streets of the city.
