Quartu Sant’Elena hosts a new edition of the 'Nodas de Sardigna - Festa Nodia' festival, which once again in 2025 offers a rich program aimed at promoting our traditions and rediscovering the friendship between cultures.
Organized by the 'Nodas - Centro Studi di Musica Popolare Sarda' association and with the support of the Municipality of Quartu, the Fondazione Sardegna, and the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.

The highlight of the festival is the concert 'Cantus e Contus: Canti delle donne di Sardegna' (Cantus and Contus: Songs of the Women of Sardinia), dedicated to the talent and 30-year career of one of the island's most iconic voices: Maria Giovanna Cherchi. The singer-songwriter will lead the audience on a journey through traditional dances, vivid emotions, and shared memories.
