THE ART OF PASTA AND BREAD
The art of pasta and bread is one of the oldest and most fascinating culinary traditions in Italy, especially in Sardinia, where the preparation of pasta and bread represents a real ritual that combines history, culture and techniques handed down from generation to generation.
Quartu has a unique gastronomic tradition, which includes fresh pasta, typical bread and numerous other baked goods, each with distinctive characteristics linked to the territory and local culture.
During the afternoon we will follow all the phases of bread making and the preparation of artisanal pasta.
At the end of the day, tasting of bread, cheese and wines from the Cesare Fois winery of Quartu Sant’Elena.
