THE MASTER BREWER

The workshop with the master brewer is an experience that allows participants to learn directly from expert brewers the secrets of craft beer production.

During this workshop, different aspects of the brewing process are explored, including the choice of ingredients, the preparation of the must, fermentation, maturation and, finally, bottling.

At the end of the workshop, a tasting session, where participants can taste different types of beer and learn to recognize the various aromas and flavors.
This also helps to understand how the use of different ingredients and techniques affects the final result.
