STAND UP PADDLE

SardiniainSUP was born from the idea of ​​two girls, Valentina and Lucia who, united by their passion for the sea and with the desire to make the coasts of Sardinia known and appreciated by sea and in a sustainable way, in 2023, founded the first all-female SUP school in Sardinia.
SUP (stand up paddle) is a unique experience, which allows everyone to discover and explore the coasts of Sardinia from a different and new perspective.
The excursion will start from Capitana, where we will be able to admire a crystalline sea of ​​rare beauty a few kilometers from the city.
We will travel along the coast to the beach of Is Mortorius and then continue to the beach of Cala Regina, famous for its walls overlooking the sea, the Spanish tower and majestic vegetation typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
Here we will stop for a break, and then resume the return journey to the beach of Capitana.
The excursion will last 3 hours, from 9 am to 12 pm and is suitable for everyone
