A.SI.BIRI - Festival of Ethical and Sustainable Tourism
A.SI.BIRI - Festival of Ethical and Sustainable Tourism
From 20 to 29 June 2025 | Quartu Sant'Elena (CA)
A journey through culture, sustainability and traditions: a new way of travelling is celebrated in Quartu.
From 20 to 29 June 2025, Quartu Sant'Elena will host A.SI.BIRI - Festival of Ethical and Sustainable Tourism, an event that celebrates and promotes responsible tourism practices, attentive to the environment, respect for local cultures, and community development.
The name A.SI.BIRI, which in Sardinian Campidanese means ‘goodbye’, encapsulates a profound message: a wish to meet again, because the experience lived has left a mark in the heart, as much in those who arrive as in those who welcome.
The festival represents a unique opportunity to make visitors aware of the importance of a more conscious tourism, one that enhances the territory without disrupting it.
A rich programme of events will lead participants to rediscover ancient historical dwellings, traditional arts and crafts, and to enjoy authentic experiences through open-air activities, meetings with artisans, workshops, tastings of local products and performances by local artists.
A true journey through time, among the sensations, scents and flavours of an ancient yet modern land, which will enrich you with unique emotions and experiences.
The organisers and all the festival partners invite you to participate with enthusiasm and passion.
We look forward to seeing you in Quartu Sant'Elena to share together this journey towards a more ethical and sustainable tourism.
A si biri!
