Award for the best accommodations in Quartu Sant'Elena

The Quartu Excellence s an award that as of this year will be given by the Quartu Sant'Elena Tourism Association to the accommodation facilities in Quartu (Hotel, B&B and Guesthouse categories) that stand out for excellence in hospitality, high customer satisfaction and compliance with environmental, social and economic sustainability criteria.

The award enhances the work of local tourism operators who contribute to improving the city's image by promoting quality, responsible and future-oriented tourism.

Evaluation criteria:

* Customer satisfaction (reviews, online scores, verified feedback).

* Quality of services offered.

* Commitment to sustainability (energy conservation, waste management, use of local products, inclusiveness).

* Innovation and ability to enhance the local area.

Excellence plaques will be presented during the awards ceremony to be held on Saturday, September 27 at the Former Capuchin Convent.

REGULATIONS

A) TO PARTICIPATE, YOU MUST HAVE AN OTA RATING (BOOKING) OF 8.0 OR HIGHER WITH A MINIMUM OF 50 REVIEWS OR 3 YEARS OF ACTIVITY
B) BE UP TO DATE WITH YOUR TARI PAYMENT AND CIN CODE

HOW IS THE SCORE CALCULATED?

1) 30 points for reviews of 9.0 or higher
2) 20 points for reviews between 8.0 and 8.9
3) 10 points for reviews between 7.0 and 7.9
4) 3 points for a photovoltaic system
5) 3 points for a solar thermal system
6) 3 points for eliminating all fossil fuels (gas, diesel)
7) 3 points for charging stations for electric cars and/or bicycles
8) 3 points for waste reduction practices (bathroom product dispensers, water sheds, etc.)
9) 3 points for a plastic structure Free
10) 3 points if bike rental is available
11) 3 points if participation in CO2 offset plans
12) 3 points if LGBTQ+ friendly
13) 3 points if disabled rooms and bathrooms are available
