Mari Pintau
Mari Pintau Beach, On the coastal road from Quartu to Villasimius, just past Is Canaleddus, the spectacle of colors of Mari Pintau appears, in Italian means "painted sea". A name, a guarantee! For several years it has been awarded by Blue Flag award.
One of the most beautiful beaches of the Quartese coast. Just after a path that unwinds from the road you come to a not very large bay with a beach of small and smooth pebbles that disappear as soon as you enter the water to give way to a fine and white sand that helps to build those colors that have given the name to the locality.
A bright turquoise meets the bright blue that turns into cobalt blue. A swirl of colors that leaves you breathless.
The beach is free but, on request, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, showers and toilets for a fee.
A small kiosk bar completes the tourist reception capacity.
A tip: not being very big and very popular, it is advisable to arrive early.
