Cala Regina Tower

The Cala Regina tower

is an Aragonese watchtower located on the promontory of Cala Regina, in the territory of Quartu Sant'Elena.

The tower about 9 meters high has a truncated cone shape and was probably built in 1578. The building material used is local granite.

The structure has a domed vault. The top of the tower can be reached via an internal spiral staircase. The tower is classified among the senzillas towers, that is, of medium size.
